General Information: Dragon Balls
Earth Dragon Balls -
- Must gather all seven Dragon Balls.
- Chant required ("Come out, Shenron, and grant my wish!").
- Only one wish per summoning of Shenron.
- After the wish is made, Shenron will disappear, the Dragon Balls will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one year.
- Shenron cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls.
- You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain criteria, if they did not die of natural causes.
- If a person has been revived by Shenron before, the person cannot be revived again.
New Earth Dragon Balls -
After Kami re-merged with Piccolo, Shenron became no more and the Dragon Balls turned into stone. To revive the Dragon Balls, Goku invited Dende from Namek to be the new Kami. Dende was able to revise the rules and restrictions of Shenron's power in the revival process...
- Must gather all seven Dragon Balls.
- Chant required ("Come out, Shenron, and grant my wish!").
- Two wishes per summoning of Shenron.
- After the wish is made, Shenron will disappear, the Dragon Balls will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one year. (If only one wish is made during the summon and the Dragon Balls turn to stone, they will remain stone for four months, and then Shenron may be summoned again.)
- Shenron cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls.
- You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain criteria, if they did not die of natural causes.
- If a person has been revived by Shenron before, the person cannot be revived again.
Namek Dragon Balls -
- Must gather all seven Dragon Balls.
- Chant required in the Namek language.
- Wishes must be said in the Namek language.
- Three wishes per summoning of Porunga.
- After the wishes are made, Porunga will disappear, the Dragon Balls will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for 130 days.
- Porunga cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls.
- You can revive anyone multiple times, as long as he/she did not die of natural causes.
- You can only revive one person per wish.

- Goku wishes for Bura to be revived
- Evil King Piccolo wishes for his youth to be restored
Dragon Ball Z
- Master Roshi wishes for Goku to be revived to fight Vegeta and Nappa
- Dende, Gohan and Krillin wish for Piccolo's life to be restored
- Dende, Gohan and Krillin wish for Piccolo to be transported to Planet Namek
- Mr. Popo wishes for all the Namekians that got killed in the battle at Planet Namek back to life and to go to Earth at the Capsule Corp
